OBJECTIVES

• Increase share of households within a 15-minute walk, bike ride, or transit trip of mixed-use neighborhood centers • Increase number of developments using conservation design, low-impact development, and green building practices • Increase surface water quality treatment and decrease pollutants (rivers, etc.) • Monitor fiscal sustainability of city as growth occurs • Approve location of growth as it relates to the Preferred Scenario Map
