The community engagement strategy for Area Plans should include at least: • One community survey or questionnaire, • A series of community meetings, • Additional meetings and/or pop-up engagement at community events to:

• Educate residents, business owners, and property owners about the process; • Gather input on neighborhood character, assets, and challenges; and • Solicit feedback on draft recommendations, interim deliverables, and the draft plan report.
