APPENDIX D: POLICY BASELINE AND DEVELOPMENT

INTRODUCTION This appendix provides considerations and topics explored with staff and Steering Committee Subcommittees to build a foundation for the development of Draft Goals and Policies in early 2022. It builds on the MIG Team’s analysis of the existing 2013 Comprehensive Plan, other source documents, and a series of topic-specific Focus Group conversations.
