FOCUS GROUPS Focus Groups represent a diverse group of direct stakeholders in the Plan’s outcomes, including owners or representatives from San Marcos businesses, organizations, neighborhoods, or institutions. The purpose of these groups was to provide specific input and guidance on each step of the Planning process.
