CHAPTER 4: RECOMMENDATIONS

#1 Missing Middle Housing (200 S Guadalupe) The southwest corner of Guadalupe St. and MLK Dr. is currently occupied by an aging office building, small utility buildings, and a surface parking lot. The community has a need for and interest in additional housing types that provide diverse housing types, often referred to as “middle” options, between single-family homes and apartments. This location could fit a significant amount of housing with convenient access to Eddie Durham Park and the rest of Downtown. BUILDING FORM & INFILL DEVELOPMENT
