CHAPTER 4: RECOMMENDATIONS

PUBLIC SPACE & AMENITIES EXISTING PUBLIC SPACE IMPROVEMENTS While Downtown is conveniently located near the Riverfront Parks, Eddie Durham Park, and the Courthouse Square, these public spaces could use more/better amenities to serve their users, especially as Downtown’s resident population grows. The amenities below are key community desires and should be accommodated within public spaces throughout Downtown as new or expanded amenities.
