All parking spaces, excluding drive aisles, shall utilize a permeable paving system meeting the performance standards for infiltration rates and storage included in the city’s stormwater technical manual.

1. Exceptions. On-street public parking shall not be counted towards the minimum parking requirements in Section 7.1.2.1 or Section 7.1.2.2 in CD-5D zoning districts.

B. The table below includes minimum parking requirements for any proposed uses except those in the N-CM, CD-4, CD-5, or CD-5D zoning districts.

On-street public parking that is located directly adjacent to the proper ty and meets all requirements for on-street parking in accordance with a street type containing dedicated and striped parking in Section 3.7.2.1 may be counted towards the minimum parking requirements in Section 7.1.2.1 or Section 7.1.2.2.
