Definitions

251. Thoroughfare Plan: [Future Transportation Plan] a Street plan that is part of the Comprehensive Plan. 252. Tiedown: any device designed for the purpose of anchoring a Mobile Home or manufactured home to ground anchors, as required by V.T.C.A., Occupations Code, Chapter 1201. 253. Trailer, Hauling: a vehicle or device which is pulled behind an automobile or Truck and which is designed for hauling animals, produce, goods or commodities, including boats. a range of different conditions, results or habitats. The rural-urban Transect of the human environment is used to describe Character Based Districts and the physical form and character of a place. 255. Transition Zone: with respect to the Edwards Aquifer, the area Adjoining the Recharge Zone where faults, fractures, or other Geologic Features or Manmade Features would present a possible avenue for recharge of surface water to the Edwards Aquifer. The Transition Zone is identified as such on official TCEQ maps, which are incorporated in this Development Code by reference. new streets and existing roadways and/or highways. Tributary: any Waterway, having a Drainage area of 120 acres or more, that drains directly into Purgatory Creek or Sink Creek or the Blanco River. A Tributary is measured from its confluence with the Creek or river upstream to a point at which the contributing area is less than 64 acres. 254. Use: the classification of the functions, activities, purposes, or uses accommodated by a Building or Lot or for which land or Buildings are designated, arranged, intended, occupied or maintained. See Table 5.1(Land Use Matrix) and Chapter 5, Article 1, Division 1. Adjustments to deviate from or vary one or more standards of this Development Code applicable to a Development Application that is reviewed and decided under Chapter 2, Article 8, Division 2 of this Development Code. 269. Vines: any of a group of woody or herbaceous plants which may cling by twining, by means of aerial rootlets or by means of tendrils, or which may simply sprawl over the ground or other plants. 270.
