Supplemental Development Standards
C. All parking spaces, excluding drive aisles, shall utilize a permeable paving system meeting the performance standards for infiltration rates and storage included in the city’s stormwater technical manual.

B. Table 7.1 below includes minimum parking requirements for any proposed uses except those in the N-CM, CD-4, CD-5, or CD-5D zoning districts.
Division 2: MINIMUM PARKING REQUIREMENTS
Section 7.1.2.1 Minimum Requirements and Standards
A. On-street public parking that is located directly adjacent to the property and meets all requirements for on-street parking in accordance with a street type containing dedicated and striped parking in Section 3.7.2.1 may be counted towards the minimum parking requirements in Section 7.1.2.1. 1. Exceptions. On-street public parking shall not be counted towards the minimum parking requirements in Section 7.1.2.1 in CD-5D zoning districts.

Requirement will be calculated based on the ordinance requirements for the individual uses.
