Streetscape Improvements

Section B.4.1.3 Main Street Streetscape

A. Main Street Streetscape. The main street streetscape (Section 3.8.1.6) is required in compliance with Section 3.8.1.1 for all existing streets in the Downtown and Midtown Areas. This manual provides alternatives specific to each street in order to maintain a consistent and coordinated streetscape along each block as redevelopment occurs on a lot by lot basis. B. Reduction in Lane Widths. At no time shall the installation of improvements in the street edge zone reduce existing lane widths beyond the following minimum requirements.
