Table 1.5 View Preservation Options

Panoramic View

A wide view from a key overlook or public space. This may be from a plaza or green space.

Framed View with Buildings Focuses on a prominent landmark or vista. This may occur between buildings or form a “notch” in a single building.

Atrium View A view through a glassed indoor space. This may be through a lobby or atrium.

Framed View with Landscaping A view defined by trees and other landscape features.
